to publish a detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive
matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose
of giving an approximate description of the goods. All specifications given
to the Customer are approximate and intended as a guide only. The Company does
not accept responsibility for any preparation work based on such specifications.
Accuracy of Product Information

have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturer's, publications,
publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of Dartington
Bathrooms is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up

Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you
place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled

the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been
confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity
to cancel the order. All prices on our website are exclusive of VAT and delivery
charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order,
unless stated otherwise.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical
error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes,
we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect
price whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn
at any time. Every care will be exercised in the supply and inspection of all
equipment and in the preparation of any recommendation made by Dartington Bathrooms
Ltd. but it shall not be held responsible by its customers or third parties
for any direct damage, injury or loss, or for any consequential monetary or
other loss which may occur if any of the equipment supplied or inspected or
any reccomendation made is found unsuitable.
Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges unless otherwise
stated, which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout. We
will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left
without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss
or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the
goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment
note at the time of delivery.
Product Guarantees
Dartington Bathrooms Ltd. hereby undertakes to pass on to its customers the
benefit of any transferable guarantee given to the company by the manufacturers.
Dartington Bathrooms Ltd., reserve the right to amend these terms without notice.
